About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential facility services organization in the Wuppertal area for a working student position focused on lead intelligence and CRM data management. This role offers practical experience in data operations, CRM systems, and sales support while you complete your studies.

Responsibilities

• Research and prepare company, contact, and market data to ensure relevant information is complete and current
• Maintain data quality by reviewing and updating records in CRM systems, filling gaps, and ensuring reliable data foundations for marketing and sales teams
• Support lead qualification by identifying, enriching, and pre-qualifying potential customer contacts
• Work with CRM platforms to maintain master data and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data structures
• Assist with reporting, analysis, and data visualization to make information accessible and actionable
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from marketing, lead generation, and sales, actively contributing ideas for process improvement

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable program
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to work, maintaining accuracy even with large data volumes
• Interest in numbers, data, and digital tools with enthusiasm for analyzing information and identifying patterns
• Self-motivated and responsible, taking ownership of tasks and contributing ideas proactively
• Strong communication skills with enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable with Excel and digital applications; ideally some experience with CRM systems, databases, or reporting tools
• German language proficiency required for this role in Wuppertal
