About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential organization in Paris that requires an experienced Japanese language trainer to deliver in-person language training programs. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is seeking a skilled educator who can create engaging learning experiences and adapt materials to meet diverse learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver effective in-person training sessions
- Develop complementary course materials tailored to learners' specific requirements
- Conduct language level assessments to ensure appropriate placement and progression
- Create original language content that supports learning objectives
- Maintain high levels of learner engagement and motivation throughout the program
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing evaluation of performance
What We're Looking For
- Native or native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Japanese language
- Strong understanding of corporate business environments (preferred)
- Proficiency in a second language (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as a freelance trainer
- Based in Paris or the surrounding area with ability to deliver onsite training
- Available to start early October 2026
