Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through internet sourcing, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories, and personal investigation
• Foster and close new clients through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and regional organizations
• Grow new business from existing clients and expand current relationships through upselling
• Creatively problem-solve to improve business development strategies
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
• Educate clients on service processes, rates, turnaround times, and competitive positioning
• Liaise with production teams to ensure exceptional delivery and attention to detail
• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
• Stay informed on industry leaders, current events, and market trends across relevant sectors
