Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization expanding their product leadership team in London. Our client operates in the enterprise SaaS space, serving regulated industries including healthcare systems across the US and Europe. They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a critical analytics product area that helps enterprise technology leaders understand software adoption and ROI.

This is a high-impact role where you'll define measurement frameworks and intelligence capabilities that C-suite executives rely on for investment decisions. You'll work at the intersection of behavioral data, business outcomes, and enterprise decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for application intelligence and analytics capabilities that serve enterprise CIOs and IT leadership
• Define and defend the methodology behind metrics, scoring systems, and measurement frameworks—deciding what gets measured, how calculations work, and how to maintain credibility with incomplete data
• Connect usage and behavioral data to business outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency gains, and compliance risk that executives can act upon
• Design analytics experiences for time-constrained leaders that answer "what should I do?" rather than simply reporting "what happened?"
• Define integration strategy to combine behavioral data with cost data, license information, and employee data from multiple enterprise systems
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive decisions, not just dashboards that get reviewed passively
• Extend analytics capabilities to measure AI adoption, productivity impact, and ROI as organizations deploy AI assistants and agents
• Work directly with senior product leadership to shape multi-year product strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on data or analytics products within a modern product organization
• Proven track record defining a metrics methodology, scoring system, or measurement framework that others have built upon—you can articulate the trade-offs and defend why specific calculation approaches work or fail in different scenarios
• Business-first mindset: you instinctively ask "what decision are they trying to make?" before "what data do we have?"
• Ability to hold your ground with technically strong colleagues and opinionated leaders—you can disagree credibly, engage with their reasoning, and change your position based on evidence rather than hierarchy
• Capability to hold credible conversations with data engineers and data scientists about what data can and cannot prove; you understand the difference between interesting data and actionable insight
• Enterprise B2B product experience required (not B2C product analytics); healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage
• Customer-centric approach: you figure out what works by talking to customers and observing how they use the product
• Communication skills that work across audiences—engineers, salespeople, support teams, and C-level executives
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
