About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sustainable fashion client based in Rostock, Germany. Our talent team is searching for a working student (Werkstudent/in) to support performance marketing analytics efforts across digital channels. This role combines data analysis with creative campaign strategy, offering hands-on experience in paid advertising platforms and performance optimization.

As a working student in this position, you will work closely with the marketing team to manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and Pinterest, collaborate with user-generated content creators, and translate data insights into actionable growth strategies. The ideal candidate is pursuing studies in marketing, business, or a related field and is eager to develop expertise in performance marketing while maintaining a flexible schedule around university commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest, analyzing key performance indicators and deriving concrete optimization measures
• Develop and refine paid advertisements and creatives in collaboration with the team, testing different audiences, formats, messaging, hooks, and visual assets
• Coordinate with external UGC creators from initial briefing through content delivery, analyzing which creatives perform best
• Execute A/B tests and other experiments, evaluate results, and apply learnings to future campaigns
• Analyze performance data and create clear, actionable reports that identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Build complex evaluations and dashboards in Google Sheets, linking multiple data sources and working confidently with advanced formulas
• Contribute ideas for more efficient budget allocation based on data insights

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in digital marketing, business administration, business informatics, communications, or a comparable field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Solid numerical understanding and analytical mindset to identify patterns and optimization potential
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, with enthusiasm for structured data analysis and presentation
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in performance marketing
• Prior experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus but not required
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Available to work as a Werkstudent alongside university studies
