Coordinateur Supply Chain – (H/F/N)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food production client seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their operations team in Lisses, Essonne. In this role, you will ensure production receives the right ingredients and materials on time, in full, and with the required quality. You'll serve as the main point of contact for suppliers when deliveries don't go as planned and work closely with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring inbound deliveries and ensuring production is supplied on time
• Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding delivery delays, shortages, or quality deviations
• Leading confident and solution-oriented conversations with suppliers, following up until issues are resolved
• Collaborating closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams
• Analyzing delivery issues and performing root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities
• Preparing reports and communicating insights clearly to internal stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
• Helping reduce food waste while maintaining excellent supplier performance and service levels

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or an entry-level role in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing (preferred but not required)
• Fluency in both French and English (minimum B2 level), as you'll communicate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders in both languages
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage challenging supplier conversations professionally and assertively
• A structured way of working with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
• An analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP, WMS, or BI tools is an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends when required

Important notes: This is a fully onsite position at the production site in Lisses. Remote work is not available for this role. The days off are Monday and Sunday.
