FR Solution Sales Manager – Videosurveillance

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an experienced Solution Sales Manager to develop their videosurveillance business across France and Benelux. This role reports to the Solution Team Manager and is based in Paris with frequent regional travel to meet partners and customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage and expand an existing network of videoprotection-focused channel partners across France and Benelux
• Develop sales pipelines by recruiting new partners and building strategic partnerships with complementary manufacturers
• Build strong relationships with partners through virtual meetings and on-site visits to train and enhance their product knowledge
• Work directly with end users to analyze requirements and provide comprehensive solutions alongside the pre-sales team
• Manage complete project lifecycles from initial consulting through pricing, deployment, and feedback collection
• Prospect and develop new accounts including both channel partners and end customers
• Own relationships with top-tier surveillance accounts
• Create and publish surveillance-focused content in partnership with technical and marketing teams
• Represent the surveillance portfolio at company events, webinars, and industry activities
• Analyze sales metrics and develop strategic growth plans
• Provide support to Southern European regions (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece) for surveillance sales development

What We're Looking For

• BAC+5 degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the videosurveillance industry
• Deep familiarity with the videosurveillance market and channel ecosystem including distributors, resellers, and system integrators
• Strong technical knowledge of videosurveillance products and solutions including IP cameras, NVRs, AI analytics, VMS platforms, and related technologies
• Native French proficiency and advanced English required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy and initiative
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving approach to business development
• Technical background in videosurveillance is highly valued
