Senior Account Executive – Mid-market

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI software organization that is transforming how businesses communicate with consumers at scale. Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team in Berlin and drive revenue in the mid-market segment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and shaping go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You'll own deals from discovery through signature, working with enterprise buying committees and carrying meaningful revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own mid-market deals end-to-end from initial discovery through contract signature, including demos, security reviews, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
• Generate your own pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, and strategic outreach
• Multi-thread relationships across complex buying committees including Heads of Sales, Operations, CX, Legal, IT, Security, Procurement, and CFOs at companies with 500 to 10,000+ employees
• Meet and exceed revenue quota by closing deals in the 30k-60k range
• Shape and refine the mid-market sales playbook including qualification frameworks, multi-threading strategies, executive engagement tactics, and pricing approaches
• Provide structured feedback to product, marketing, and strategy teams based on customer insights and market signals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience closing complex, high-value deals with mid-5-figure or 6-figure contract values to C-suite economic buyers
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to develop champions within prospect organizations
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate pipeline without relying solely on warm inbound leads
• Executive presence and credibility that resonates immediately with senior stakeholders
• Meticulous preparation and research skills—you know your prospects better than they expect
• Low ego, high accountability mindset with willingness to handle all aspects of the deal cycle
• Business-level fluency in both German and English
• Ability and willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in Berlin

Pay

This role offers an OTE (On-Target Earnings) including commission of €130,000 to €160,000.
