Internship – Strategy & BizOps

About This Role

We are representing a confidential AI technology company based in Berlin that is building the next generation of conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients. Our talent team is searching for a Strategy & BizOps Intern to work directly with the founding team on critical operational initiatives.

This is a hands-on internship where you'll gain exposure to finance, legal, operations, hiring, and special projects at an early-stage technology company. You'll work closely with leadership and play a meaningful role in keeping the business running smoothly during a high-growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational processes that support company growth
• Drive special projects forward by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring progress
• Support finance operations including maintaining reports, invoice management, and payment flows
• Assist the growth team with legal and compliance processes for new customer deals
• Manage aspects of the hiring pipeline from candidate screening to interview scheduling
• Help plan and execute internal and external events and support office operations
• Work directly with the founding team on cross-functional initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle unglamorous but essential work
• Tech-savvy with experience using automation and AI tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure things out independently
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Previous internship experience or demonstrated work on side hustles/projects
• Near completion of university studies with interest in transitioning to full-time work after the internship
• Comfort juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for working directly with customers in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work beyond typical 9-5 hours when needed

This role may not be suitable if you: have no experience with automation or AI tools, prefer only high-level strategic work, struggle with multitasking, avoid customer-facing work, or seek a strictly structured internship schedule.

Pay
