Internship – Founders’ Office

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-moving AI startup in Berlin. This is a unique Founders' Office internship where you'll work directly with the founding team on finance, legal, operations, and strategic projects. You'll see firsthand how an early-stage technology company builds and scales while taking real ownership of critical operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems that support company growth
• Drive special projects forward by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely execution
• Support finance operations including maintaining reports, managing invoices, and overseeing payment workflows
• Assist the growth team with legal and compliance processes to close new customer deals
• Manage portions of the hiring pipeline, from candidate screening to interview scheduling
• Plan and execute internal and external events while keeping office operations running smoothly
• Work closely with the founding team on day-to-day priorities

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle unglamorous but essential work
• Tech-savvy with automation experience and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-directed work style
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Previous internship experience or demonstrated initiative through side projects or hustles
• Completed or near-complete university degree with interest in transitioning to full-time after the internship
• Comfort juggling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Interest in working directly with customers and stakeholders
• Flexibility beyond standard 9-5 hours when needed

This role may not be suitable if you: lack basic technical understanding or experience with automation/AI tools, prefer only high-level strategic work, struggle with multitasking, or seek a strictly structured internship schedule.
