About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based SaaS company in their search for a Founders Associate to CEO. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership at a high-growth technology firm, driving operational excellence through AI-native workflows and cross-functional initiatives.

Our client is transforming how organizations train and onboard their workforce through mobile-first technology. Backed by substantial Series A funding, they're scaling rapidly and need someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and emerging AI tooling.

This role sits at the executive level with direct reporting to the CEO. You'll own projects that must demonstrate a 3-5x return in hours saved, revenue generated, or headcount avoided. Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founding team on cross-functional initiatives spanning go-to-market, product, and operations
• Identify the highest-leverage workflows across the organization and redesign them using Claude agents, MCPs, and AI-powered automation
• Build and deploy automations yourself using tools like Claude Code, GitHub, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and Planhat
• Own end-to-end project launches: briefing, planning, execution, and retrospectives with measurable outcomes
• Document and version-control all repeatable workflows as skills or agents in GitHub for organizational knowledge retention
• Validate AI outputs rigorously—"Claude said so" requires verification; "Claude said so, here's how I checked" is the standard
• Select the appropriate Claude tool based on task complexity: Cowork for multi-step projects, Code for production, Sonnet/Opus for complex problems, Haiku for volume tasks

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of high-performance operator experience at a top-tier startup, consultancy, VC/PE firm, or investment bank
• Previous experience as a Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff, GTM engineer, or founder is a strong plus
• Demonstrable top 5% performance through founding experience, leadership roles, academic achievement, or exceptional builder portfolio
• AI-native practitioner who already uses Claude, Cursor, and automation platforms daily—not someone AI-curious but someone AI-fluent
• At least one shipped automation currently running in production that you can discuss in detail
• Track record of measuring personal impact through hours saved and revenue generated, not deliverables produced
• Preference for writing concise memos over scheduling explanatory meetings
• Genuine empathy for blue-collar and frontline work; experience in food service, manufacturing, construction, or logistics is valued but not required
• Fluent in both German and English
• Berlin-based or able to relocate within 4-6 weeks
• Comfortable with in-office work at least 4 days per week in Prenzlauer Berg
• No CS degree required, but you must be comfortable opening a terminal and problem-solving independently

Growth Trajectory

This role offers three potential career paths depending on your strengths and organizational needs: becoming the subject matter expert for a specific function (sales, marketing, partnerships, or customer experience); developing as a senior individual contributor shaping the company's AI strategy and tooling; or growing into a Chief of Staff position with broader business ownership. The direction will emerge based on what you're drawn to and what the business requires as it scales.
