Design Lead (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AdTech organization seeking a Design Lead to take ownership of their brand execution across global markets. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead design operations for a distributed team spanning multiple time zones and continents.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and managing a team of designers across multiple office locations, establishing efficient workflows and production schedules
• Executing hands-on design work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, setting the standard for quality and speed
• Applying and maintaining established brand identity across all marketing touchpoints globally – from major international event graphics to localized digital performance assets
• Collaborating with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams to translate business objectives into effective visual design
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems, reusable templates, component libraries, and asset management workflows
• Ensuring pixel-perfect execution and meticulous attention to detail across web and digital touchpoints, corporate presentations, event spaces, data visualizations, and performance marketing materials
• Managing creative production timelines across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in a lead design role within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment
• Hands-on experience executing and applying established brand identities across global touchpoints
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical craftsmanship
• Execution-first mindset – you lead by example in daily asset production while managing team workflows
• Experience managing designers and creative production across multiple time zones
• Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to maintaining exact brand standards across all channels
• Strong understanding of commercial design – translating business narratives into assets that drive results, not just aesthetics
• Versatile portfolio across web/digital, corporate presentations, event design, data visualization, and performance marketing
• Experience building and maintaining design systems that enable scalable, efficient production
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is immediate
