Werkstudentin Recruiting (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting firm based in Braunschweig, and we're looking for a working student to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for skilled professionals who express interest in opportunities through social media channels
• Conduct pre-qualification phone interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation
• Present open positions in an engaging way that inspires candidates to take the next step
• Document conversation outcomes in the applicant management system and prepare candidate profiles
• Support candidates through to the interview stage and coordinate closely with the internal recruiting team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university (any field of study)
• Comfortable and confident on the phone with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized work style with ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Availability to work on-site afternoons from 15:00 to 19:00
• Excellent German language skills; prior recruiting experience is not required
