Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data and AI consulting firm seeking a Senior Consultant to drive transformational client engagements. In this role, you will:

• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and digital transformation
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze data to create actionable insights using modern AI-native tools including LLM environments, agentic workflow platforms, and automation tools
• Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery within interdisciplinary teams spanning consulting, data, and technical functions
• Support the development of data strategies, AI use case frameworks, and business intelligence solutions, contributing to governance models and implementation roadmaps
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through polished deliverables
• Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals, shaping service offerings, and creating frameworks that strengthen market positioning
• Share knowledge and stay current with digital and AI trends to foster continuous team development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks driven professionals who bring intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: At least 2–3 years in management consulting, technology consulting, or corporate strategy roles with proven participation in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied machine learning projects
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or comparable quantitative field
• Data & AI fluency: Strong understanding of data management and modern AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics, with eagerness to bridge business needs and AI deployment
• Analytical mindset: Ability to identify business problems and translate them into practical data-driven solutions
• Technical skills: Confidence with presentation tools and leveraging AI environments to run analysis and generate insights; comfort with structured data and new tools is essential
• Communication: Business-fluent German and English required for client workshops, stakeholder presentations, and deliverable creation
• Collaboration: Experience working across interdisciplinary teams and translating requirements between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Personal attributes: Proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach with strong client focus and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Work eligibility: Valid work permit for Germany required
