People & Talent (Intern)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Berlin who is seeking a People & Talent Intern to support rapid team growth. This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll work directly with senior leadership to build talent pipelines across engineering, commercial, and operations functions.

From day one, you'll own meaningful parts of the recruiting process—not just observe. You'll source candidates, manage communications, coordinate interviews, and help ensure the right hires join at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing
• Own end-to-end candidate communication including outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Coordinate interviews across the team and deliver a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and improve applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires as the team scales

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or related field
• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and understanding what makes great hires
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with reliability in follow-through
• Highly organized and detail-oriented—you don't drop tasks and work independently
• Bias toward action and problem-solving without waiting for detailed instructions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or startup environments is a plus
