Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Partner Sales Manager to lead the onboarding and development of sales partners in the Cologne region.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete onboarding process for new sales partners and their sales teams, guiding them from initial contact through to successful contract execution
• Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through professional guidance and sales strategy development
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing partners and their sales representatives to continuously improve technical knowledge and selling skills
• Independently plan, organize, and execute sales events in the renewable energy sector to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany sales partners to client appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct relationships
• Provide hands-on support in closing contracts and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations and represent our client with confidence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience with openness to learning new sectors; experience in financial sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, capable of navigating challenging situations with a goal-oriented approach
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine enthusiasm for developing people and helping them improve continuously
• Determined drive for success with attention to detail and a results-oriented work style
• Comfort with extensive travel and appreciation for direct, in-person engagement with partners and clients
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
