Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Partner Sales Manager to lead their partner channel in the Mainz area. In this role, you will:

• Onboard new sales partners and their teams, guiding them from initial contact through successful contract execution
• Provide holistic support to existing distribution partners through strategic sales and technical guidance
• Deliver regular training sessions for new and established partners and their sales representatives to continuously improve product knowledge and selling capabilities
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on renewable energy solutions to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct relationships
• Provide hands-on assistance in closing deals and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local partner leadership and represent the organization with confidence in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience; willingness to learn new topics in renewable energy sales (experience in large financial sales networks is a plus)
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, successfully managing challenging situations with goal-oriented focus
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine enthusiasm for developing people and helping them improve continuously
• Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach
• Comfort with extensive travel and appreciation for direct exchange with partners and customers in the field
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
