About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential advisory firm in London's Mayfair district. Our client is building the commercial infrastructure to support rapid growth, and we're seeking a GTM Engineer to design and maintain the systems that power their go-to-market operations.
This is a builder role for someone who thinks in code and workflows. You'll create data pipelines, outreach infrastructure, enrichment workflows and automation that connects the firm with senior finance decision-makers at precisely the right moment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated pipelines that enrich, segment and score target lists of finance leaders and PE-backed businesses
- Integrate multiple data sources to surface trigger events such as funding rounds, leadership changes and new deals
- Design and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn using tools like Clay, Apollo or Instantly
- Write and iterate on outreach copy that is specific, well-timed and personalized
- Automate follow-up cadences and meeting scheduling to keep senior team members focused on conversations
- Contribute to the GTM tech stack including CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms and AI tooling
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking outreach performance and conversion metrics
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and implement programmatic fixes
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 3–5 years of experience working with GTM systems in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Solid coding ability in Python, JavaScript or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tooling
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Strong written communication skills for both technical documentation and outreach copy
- Self-directed and organized with minimal supervision required
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the CFO, finance buyer or PE landscape
- Exposure to ABM, pipeline analytics or event-based campaign execution
- Experience contributing to a GTM function build-out
