About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential mobile app company in the music and education technology space. Our client has achieved remarkable global reach and is seeking a Creative Producer to drive their performance marketing creative strategy. This is a fully remote position where you'll play a crucial role in developing and testing creative concepts that convert across multiple paid social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative strategy by continuously testing and reporting on new creative hypotheses for performance marketing campaigns
- Identify and test new concepts, user personas, triggers, and pain points to optimize creative messaging
- Develop fresh hooks and approaches that engage core audiences across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks
- Monitor ad performance dashboards, analyze data in tools like Tableau, and scale successful concepts using a strictly data-driven approach
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market research by tracking ad libraries, identifying new players, and gathering inspiration
- Stay current with social media trends (TikTok, Reels) and global performance marketing best practices
- Manage end-to-end creative production by writing clear technical briefs for motion and graphic designers and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with Product and User Acquisition teams to align creative concepts with app features and performance goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketer, or similar role in Performance Marketing (mobile apps or EdTech experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret UA metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS, IPM, etc.)
- Experience working with analytics dashboards such as Tableau
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Applovin – their formats, best practices, and guidelines
- Proven experience writing structured technical briefs and collaborating effectively with motion and graphic designers
- Strategic and creative thinking ability to transform competitor research, user insights, and trends into high-converting creative concepts
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
