About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization that is seeking a Solution Architect to join their growing team in the United Kingdom. This is a remote-first role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.

Our client operates in the third-party risk management and procurement technology space, serving enterprise clients from Fortune 500 companies to rapidly scaling organizations. As a Solution Architect, you will be the primary functional lead on platform implementations, bridging business consulting and technical delivery to transform complex client requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise implementations, translating third-party risk management frameworks, vendor management processes, and business requirements into scalable platform configurations
• Own solution blueprints and technical design documentation for each client engagement from discovery through go-live
• Design and build workflow automation, intake forms, approval routing, risk scoring models, reporting dashboards, and integration patterns including APIs, SSO/SAML, ERP systems, and GRC tools
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions across procurement, compliance, legal, IT, and risk departments
• Serve as a trusted advisor on TPRM best practices, supplier onboarding, and procurement automation strategies
• Manage client expectations proactively around scope, feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offs
• Produce high-quality solution documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Mentor junior implementation consultants through technical guidance and design reviews
• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and playbooks to build internal practice capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of domain experience in third-party risk management, vendor/supplier management, procurement, GRC, or supply chain operations
• Solid understanding of the enterprise vendor lifecycle including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, contract management, and off-boarding
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or DORA
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation consulting delivering enterprise SaaS or workflow automation platforms, ideally in TPRM, procurement, or related domains
• Proven track record leading full-cycle implementations from discovery through go-live at complex enterprise clients
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Proficiency configuring no-code/low-code workflow or BPM platforms (examples: Appian, Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
• Working knowledge of integration patterns including REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and data import/export processes
• Ability to read JSON/XML; basic scripting or query experience is a plus
• Awareness of the TPRM/procurement technology landscape (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, or comparable platforms)
• Proficiency with project and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business context for technical teams
• Structured analytical thinking with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Highly organized and self-directed with a remote-first work style
• Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering value and building trusted relationships
