Demand Generation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join their fully remote, global team. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you'll own digital marketing campaigns that drive event registrations, certification enrollments, and webinar sign-ups for a technical audience of senior software engineers and architects.

You'll write copy, manage email campaigns and audience segments, run paid advertising, analyze performance, and continuously improve marketing processes. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer who enjoys building repeatable campaigns, reaching new audiences, and creating compelling content for technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns for conferences, certifications, and live events
• Create email sequences, landing page copy, social posts, and paid ad copy tailored to technical audiences
• Manage audience segmentation, exclusions, automations, and multi-touch email campaigns
• Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social channels
• Track and report weekly on registrations, enrollments, cost per registration, and revenue metrics
• Maintain marketing dashboards, performance trackers, and campaign calendars
• Test new channels and strategies to expand reach beyond existing databases
• Build repeatable campaign processes and continuously optimize performance
• Coordinate campaigns across multiple products while managing shared audiences and contact frequency limits
• Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, content creation, testing, analysis, and automation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, with strong focus on email and lifecycle marketing
• Proven track record driving measurable registrations, enrollments, leads, or sales
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting skills for technical audiences
• Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and organic social media campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines
• Proactive approach to staying current with marketing platforms, tools, trends, and best practices
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing performance and productivity
• Must reside in Europe and be able to work during core overlap hours (9 AM - 1 PM EST)
• Reliable high-speed internet and suitable home-office setup
• Willing and able to travel to the USA or Europe 1–3 times per year for events and company meetings
