About This Opportunity

We are representing a high-growth enterprise AI company serving the financial services sector. Our client has achieved strong product-market fit with global institutional clients and is scaling rapidly across London and international markets. This is a rare opportunity to join a GTM Associate program that serves as a structured pathway into enterprise sales at the intersection of AI and finance.

As a GTM Associate, you will work alongside Account Executives on live deals with sophisticated financial institutions, gaining deep exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles while building mastery of an AI platform that is transforming professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Achieve comprehensive product mastery and become a trusted resource in client conversations across discovery, demos, evaluations, and proofs of concept
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full deal cycle with institutional clients including banks, private equity funds, and investment firms
• Build and customize demo environments and use cases tailored to prospect workflows, ensuring every client interaction delivers measurable impact
• Execute strategic outbound prospecting into named enterprise accounts with research-led, multi-threaded approaches designed for senior stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to deal strategy through stakeholder mapping, qualification using proven sales methodologies, and identifying key pain points that advance opportunities
• Serve as a feedback channel between the market and internal teams, sharing client and competitive insights with product, marketing, and leadership
• Refine and implement playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks that drive GTM efficiency and scale

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree required
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing sales role or within investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting, or fintech; experience across both sales and finance functions strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in demanding, client-facing environments with senior stakeholders
• Capacity to master complex technical platforms quickly and communicate them clearly to sophisticated audiences
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging with Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers, and C-Suite executives
• Clear career ambition within GTM functions, with this role serving as a pathway to quota-carrying sales or strategic pre-sales positions
• Genuine interest in AI, enterprise technology, and financial workflows
• High-intensity work style with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Autonomous, self-directed approach with strong organizational and collaborative skills
