Customer Marketing & Analyst Relations

About This Opportunity

Our client, a confidential technology organization, is seeking a Customer Marketing & Analyst Relations Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives and manage relationships with leading industry analysts. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to shape how both customers and industry influencers understand and engage with innovative AI-powered products.

You'll split your focus between creating campaigns that drive customer adoption and advocacy, and managing strategic relationships with firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Responsibilities

• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase product and feature awareness among existing customers
• Build adoption campaigns in partnership with Product and Customer Success teams to drive active usage of new features
• Produce customer success stories across multiple formats including case studies, video content, and co-branded materials
• Build and manage a customer reference and advocacy program, identifying and nurturing brand champions
• Develop upsell-ready customer segments and create marketing programs that convert high-adoption users into expansion opportunities
• Own the analyst relations program including annual strategy, briefing preparation, inquiry management, and evaluation cycles
• Manage participation in major analyst evaluations such as Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape
• Lead briefing preparation by working across teams to build evidence-backed narratives and prepare executive spokespeople
• Maintain analyst intelligence tracking, surfacing relevant research and competitive insights to inform product and GTM strategy
• Cultivate genuine relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 analysts, tailoring engagement to individual analyst interests

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 3+ years in customer marketing with proven experience running campaigns designed to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and advocacy
• Track record of running multiple customer-focused programs end-to-end such as loyalty campaigns, onboarding journeys, expansion plays, or customer advisory boards
• Significant content creation experience including case studies, customer stories, or executive communications
• Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce) and customer lifecycle metrics including NPS, CSAT, and expansion signals
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• Previous management of a customer reference or advocacy program
• Analyst relations experience, especially with Gartner and Forrester, including writing briefing documents and positioning narratives
