Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential e-commerce technology company seeking a Full Stack Engineer specializing in merchandising tools. This remote position focuses on building and maintaining dashboard solutions that empower merchandising teams at major retail brands to optimize their product discovery experiences.

You'll work across the full stack to deliver features that directly impact how millions of shoppers find and purchase products online. This role requires someone who can own projects end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features for merchandising dashboard tools used by global e-commerce brands
• Take ownership of projects from ideation through production deployment
• Develop frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build backend services and APIs using Python
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Implement testing, CI/CD pipelines, and maintain production systems
• Identify and implement improvements to tool usability and performance
• Own the entire stack without siloing responsibilities between frontend and backend

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Solid Python experience and backend development skills
• Comfortable working across the full stack and taking ownership of complete features
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to production
• Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD processes, and deployment practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with focus on delivering value
• Production system ownership experience
• Remote work experience is a plus
