Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking an apprentice (Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) to join their IT team in Düsseldorf starting August 2027. This is a hands-on vocational training program where you'll work directly on real IT infrastructure projects from day one.

During your apprenticeship, you will:

• Configure and support IT workstations, notebooks, and end-user devices
• Learn Windows and Linux system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Process support requests through ticketing systems and develop technical solutions
• Implement IT security standards and data protection measures in daily operations
• Test, deploy, and document new technologies
• Rotate through departments including IT operations, voice and data engineering, data center management, security, and consulting
• Contribute to cloud, virtualization, and telecommunications projects

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks motivated candidates with:

• Fachoberschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur (German secondary school qualifications)
• Genuine enthusiasm for IT, computers, networks, and emerging technologies
• Analytical mindset with enjoyment in solving technical problems
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Curiosity about new technologies and motivation for professional development
• Fluency in German (required for this apprenticeship program)

Pay
