About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency in Berlin seeking a UI/UX Design Intern to join their small, collaborative team. Our client has over 12 years of experience creating websites, web applications, mobile apps, and custom software solutions where thoughtful user experience plays a central role.

This internship offers hands-on experience with real client projects, from initial concepts through wireframes and prototypes to finished interfaces. The position is available for immediate start with flexible duration between 3 and 18 months.

Location: Berlin (Adlershof area), with home office options available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on real client projects from initial concept to final design delivery
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps
• Work closely with the development team throughout the entire UI/UX process
• Support the development and evolution of design systems and UI components
• Contribute creative ideas and experiment with new design approaches

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for UI/UX design and a good sense for modern digital design aesthetics
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or comparable applications
• Understanding of usability principles, user guidance, and responsive design
• Creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to contribute your own ideas
• Independent and structured work approach with strong attention to detail
• Openness to feedback and enjoyment of collaboration in a small team environment
• German language skills preferred for this Berlin-based role
