Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student to support client-facing activities and advisory preparation. This is a performance-oriented role with clear goals and structured onboarding.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on appointment scheduling through telephone outreach, network contacts, and inbound leads while building a clean pipeline. You'll learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards. You'll work with KPIs, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your performance metrics.

As you progress, your responsibilities expand to include:

• Supporting client situation analysis and preparing advisory materials in a structured manner
• Accompanying client conversations based on your development stage and managing follow-up communications
• Maintaining clean processes with consistent documentation to ensure reliability
• Collaborating closely with a high-performing team and taking ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Must-have requirements:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (both spoken and written) – training, team communication, and career progression are conducted entirely in German
• Strong communication skills with reliability and accountability
• Self-initiative and structured working style
• Motivation for performance-driven work with measurable results

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, advisory roles, or competitive/performance-driven environments such as athletics

This role is not suitable if you are seeking a typical side job with minimal hours, prefer to avoid telephone work and appointment setting, lack the required German proficiency, or prioritize stability over professional development.
