Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a motivated Trainee (m/w/d) for their structured development program in financial consulting and sales.

In this role, you will:

• Learn professional client consultation techniques, needs assessment, and tailored solution development in financial advisory
• Support new client acquisition and relationship management while gradually building your own client portfolio
• Create financial analyses and concepts covering insurance, retirement planning, investment, and wealth accumulation
• Work closely with experienced advisors to master core sales and consulting processes
• Participate in hands-on training with clear learning objectives, structured modules, and practical implementation
• Receive personal mentoring with regular feedback and individualized development support

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Abitur, completed commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Current residence in Germany
• Strong communication abilities and genuine enjoyment working with people
• Reliability, self-initiative, and structured work approach
• Ambition to build a long-term career in financial consulting

The program includes preparation for two IHK certifications (§34d GewO for insurance and §34f GewO for investment products), leading to licensed financial advisor status.
