We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology company that is modernizing outdated systems used by medical professionals across Germany. Our client is backed by leading European and American investors and is building cloud-based solutions to improve practice management, patient communication, and operational workflows.

We're seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to play a key role in the successful implementation of software solutions at client practices. In this position, you will coordinate remote installations of local software components and configure communication channels to ensure seamless deployment.

This is a remote position based in Germany, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location. Internal communication is conducted in English, so good English skills are required to collaborate with international teams. Since you'll work closely with German-speaking practices, native-level German proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute remote software installations at practices using tools like TeamViewer, working closely with practice IT staff and internal technical teams
• Independently perform installation of software components and ensure all systems are correctly integrated
• Configure and set up communication channels such as WhatsApp for practice use to optimize patient communication
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring software is optimally configured for each practice's needs and assisting teams during implementation
• Maintain close, professional communication with practices as the primary contact for technical questions throughout the implementation phase
• Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions and coordinate optimal implementation
• Support internal IT management and ensure effective utilization of IT resources
• Bonus: Assist with technical troubleshooting using database system knowledge to quickly resolve technical challenges
