Senior Associate (m/w/d) Restrukturierung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierung

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential restructuring and finance advisory firm seeking a senior legal professional to join their Hamburg office. In this role, you will:

• Advise companies, shareholders, and financing partners in crisis and restructuring situations
• Support pre-insolvency restructuring processes, particularly StaRUG proceedings
• Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements, credit agreements, and financing contracts
• Accompany M&A transactions with a financing law focus
• Take on independent client responsibility and actively contribute to expanding the restructuring practice area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate law, tax advisory, and audit professionals

What We're Looking For

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with above-average state examinations
• Minimum four years of professional experience in restructuring or insolvency advisory
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial understanding
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with confident presence and enthusiasm for client contact
• Strong affinity for digital working methods and new technologies, with willingness to advance their use in client work
• Very good English language skills
• Full-time availability for an immediate, permanent position
