Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Finanzen & Mitgliederverwaltung

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential membership organization based in Berlin seeking a working student to support their finance and member administration functions. In this role, you will:

• Support accounts receivable, receivables management including dunning processes, and cancellation management
• Assist with ongoing payment transactions, creation of direct debits, and the review, allocation and posting of business transactions in accounts receivable
• Create and develop financial analyses and reporting
• Maintain master data and support interface management in member administration
• Handle general administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations, particularly document filing and maintenance, digitization and structured management of records, and support with recurring finance processes

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a current university student or someone fulfilling a mandatory internship with the following background:

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Business Intelligence or a related field
• Initial professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in data processing
• High degree of independence, initiative, organizational talent and structured working methods
• Affinity for numbers and economic processes
• Very good MS Office skills (particularly Word and Excel); additional knowledge of Lotus Notes is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based position
