Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Leipzig seeking a working student (15–20 hours/week) to support their social media and digital marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing the client's presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Creating audience-focused posts, captions, and maintaining an editorial calendar
• Producing and publishing engaging product and brand content for Instagram (Reels, Stories) to drive organic reach and engagement
• Preparing creative briefs for the graphic design team to produce visually compelling social media posts, stories, and promotional materials
• Supporting influencer marketing activities on Instagram, from outreach and briefing to performance tracking
• Assisting with content updates in the online shop, including teaser placements, campaign landing pages, and discount promotions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in business administration with a focus on marketing, media communication, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in social media, current platform trends, and digital marketing
• Some experience creating content (photo, video, text); comfort appearing on camera is a plus but not required
• Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and the ability to understand and engage target audiences
• Interest in fashion and awareness of current trends, particularly in accessories
• Team-oriented with an independent, organized, and conscientious working style
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Shopify, or other CMS platforms is a plus
