Senior Sales Engineer – AI Agents (Poland, CEE)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization that is expanding rapidly across Central and Eastern Europe. Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with deep expertise in AI agents and conversational AI technologies to lead technical engagement on strategic enterprise deals across Poland and the wider CEE region.

This is a remote position based in Germany, ideally suited for a tenured presales professional who can navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes, own the technical narrative on seven-figure opportunities, and serve as a visible thought leader in the market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to plan and execute complex enterprise deals across Eastern European markets, with support to DACH business
• Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to uncover pain points and business requirements
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations for both technical and business audiences
• Design tailored solutions that address customer needs and articulate clear value propositions
• Run and support proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate value in real enterprise environments
• Represent our client through thought leadership at customer events, webinars, trade shows, and marketing activities across the region
• Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and deliver credible technical comparisons against other AI agent platforms
• Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and support internal enablement

What We're Looking For

• Senior Presales Experience: Proven track record in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting managing complex enterprise deals end to end
• Enterprise Software Background: Deep experience in enterprise software, particularly contact center (CCaaS) or automation technologies
• AI Agents & Generative AI: Hands-on experience presenting AI agents for voice and chat, agentic AI, and conversational AI technologies
• AI-Native Workflow: Active use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work, including coding assistants, AI app builders, and general assistants to accelerate POCs and prototype solutions
• Contact Center Knowledge: Understanding of contact center technology (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS) and experience with conversation, IVR, or chatbot design
• Thought Leadership: Confident, engaging presenter comfortable representing the organization at customer and industry events
• Technical Depth: Strong grasp of NLU/NLP, conversational AI technologies, STT, TTS, and LLMs
• Sales Acumen: Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value and build rapport with senior enterprise stakeholders
• Location & Languages: Based in Germany with flexibility to travel across the region; fluent in English and Polish required; German and additional CEE languages a strong plus
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration across countries and cultures
