Responsibilities
As Senior Editor, you will take ownership of the organization's flagship print magazine, which includes:

- Writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading content to the highest editorial standards
- Collaborating with the graphic design team to construct magazine layouts, including photos, design elements, and artwork
- Ensuring all content meets brand standards and resonates with a professional HR and technology audience
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional editorial skills and a proven track record in publishing:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English, or a related field with strong academic results
- 5+ years of professional experience in a magazine or media company with demonstrated excellence
- Outstanding writing, editing, and creative abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with high sense of urgency
- UK work authorization
- Willingness to work on-site Monday through Friday at the London office (near Victoria Station)
