Product Manager (parental leave cover)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential language-learning technology company for a fixed-term Product Manager role covering parental leave. This Berlin-based organization serves tens of millions of users globally and operates a profitable, investor-backed platform at significant scale.

We're seeking a data-driven product operator to run continuous experimentation cycles and drive measurable improvements to the member experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll own outcomes, not just tickets.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end experiment loops: form hypotheses, write specifications, launch tests, analyze readouts, and make ship-or-kill decisions at a steady cadence
• Identify high-impact product bets using quantitative data, user research, and member feedback rather than opinion-driven backlogs
• Specify and deliver a focused set of features in collaboration with design and engineering teams, maintaining accountability for user outcomes
• Communicate results and insights clearly across the organization to enable informed decision-making
• Maintain focus on simple, intuitive user experiences in a consumer mobile environment
• Apply AI tools strategically to accelerate product operations where appropriate

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated work on consumer mobile applications at scale
• Strong analytical capability: comfort with product metrics, experimental design, statistical interpretation, and analytics platforms
• Proven track record of independent, proactive work with concrete examples of features you've shipped and owned, not just ideated
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to solving hard problems thoroughly rather than moving on prematurely
• Experience working closely with design teams to achieve intuitive user experiences
• Thoughtful approach to integrating AI into product workflows
