Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, you will:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and executives across various industries
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
• Lead complex negotiations and manage high-value deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product evolution and sales methodology improvements
• Participate in growth initiatives and continuously innovate on sales approaches

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-cycle B2B sales
• Native or near-native French proficiency (C2 level) and advanced English skills
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close complex deals with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Exceptional organizational skills with a structured, empathetic approach to sales
• Strong collaborative mindset and positive attitude
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
• Availability to work in a hybrid environment
