Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Payment Flows team in London. In this role, you will work at the heart of their product, ensuring merchant settlements are processed quickly and reliably across multiple payment schemes.

You will define and build propositions that deliver market-leading outcomes, including capabilities to settle funds faster, leverage machine learning to confirm payments sooner, and unlock payment features that enhance the merchant experience. Working closely with an Engineering Manager and Data Scientist, you will lead product improvements that drive customer value and revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering measurable customer and business value by solving high-impact problems
• Conducting problem discovery and prioritization in complex, ambiguous product spaces
• Making data-led decisions using both quantitative and qualitative evidence
• Defining product strategy by identifying key customer segments and approaches to meet their needs
• Building collaborative relationships across product teams, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders
• Setting direction and coordinating action across multiple teams and functions
• Shipping features from MVP experiments through to full feature releases
