Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential creative services client seeking a Motion Designer to join their globally distributed team. This remote-first position offers the chance to craft high-impact motion graphics and animations for leading international brands while exploring cutting-edge animation technologies.

You'll take ownership of motion design projects across multiple formats—from animated digital ads to Lottie animations—collaborating with creative professionals across time zones. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines technical expertise with creative innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging motion graphics for global brands across various digital formats
• Collaborate with account teams distributed across different time zones
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail, delivered on time and within budget
• Support creative leads in achieving client goals and delivering measurable business value through design
• Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements
• Work on interactive motion projects that push storytelling and engagement boundaries

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video expertise
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing skills a plus)
• Proven experience working with Rive and Lottie animations
• Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Consistent track record of delivering pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technologies
• Knowledge of working with UI design systems
• Understanding of HTML5 preferred
