Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential strategy consultancy seeking an experienced independent consultant to support client engagements across the financial services sector. In this contract role, you will contribute to high-impact strategy projects including:
- Market and regulatory assessment
- Competitive positioning analysis
- Commercial and revenue analysis
- Operational and cost review
- Risk and investment feasibility studies
This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend, requiring 4 days on-site in Central London and 1 day remote working.
What We're Looking For
- Currently active as an independent consultant with relevant IR35 status
- Strategy consulting background from a tier 1, tier 2, Big 4, or specialist boutique firm; alternatively, transactions experience from private equity or investment banking
- 4-12+ years of experience working on strategy projects within financial services (insurance sector experience strongly preferred)
- Consultant to Manager seniority level
- Comfortable with 4 days per week on-site in Central London
