Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization in Westerstede seeking an IT Technician to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure for clients and internal data center operations, including monitoring datacenter infrastructure components
• Analyze disruptions and perform detailed fault analysis across systems and networks
• Configure network components and administer server infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments and firewall administration
• Handle support requests by analyzing network issues, resolving Active Directory and Group Policy problems, addressing complex client and server issues, and escalating when necessary
• Support analysis and resolution of network disruptions (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN) and assist with connecting new devices to the network

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Structured and independent working style combined with strong teamwork abilities and customer orientation
• Excellent German language skills for effective workplace communication
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with Fortinet, Securepoint, Microsoft 365, HPE Aruba, or UniFi is desirable
