Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Full Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector technology organization in Düsseldorf, and we're seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team on a fully remote basis.

In this role, you will:

• Support document management system projects within municipal and public-sector environments, guiding implementations to successful completion
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing both technical and functional needs
• Configure and migrate enterprise content management solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to end users and project participants
• Provide hands-on support during testing phases, go-live events, and ongoing operations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolution of technical standards

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in public administration, municipal environments, or IT system houses
• Practical knowledge of SQL databases and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft server environments is highly valued
• Background in installing, implementing, or working with document management systems (DMS), enterprise content management (ECM), or electronic file systems is a strong advantage
• Solution-oriented, structured approach to work with the confidence to ask critical questions
• Strong communication skills with fluent German language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Valid Class B driver's license
