Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in Mülheim, and we're seeking an Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for represented talent and influencers
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, and respond to incoming inquiries
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with brands, vendors, and service providers
• Collaborate with talent to develop content concepts and formats, supporting them through execution
• Act as the liaison between talent and brand partners, coordinating scheduling and ensuring talent satisfaction
• Scout and recruit potential new talent for current and future projects
• Help talent develop sustainable, long-term career strategies beyond their current platforms

What We're Looking For

Required experience and skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or related fields (digital agency, social media agency, or PR agency background preferred)
• Strong awareness of current digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
• Experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns is ideal
• High levels of creativity and self-motivation
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for talent management and artist development
• Excellent organizational skills and an outgoing personality
