Freelance Brand Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Freelance Brand Designer for a specialized project in India. This part-time remote role focuses on creating strong visual identities and comprehensive brand systems. Our talent team is looking for creative professionals with hands-on experience in brand asset creation, visual identity development, and maintaining brand consistency across digital and print mediums.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
• Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
• Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
• Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
• Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines (must be included with application)
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets
• Proven ability to translate brand DNA across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials
• Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
• Strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above required

Time Commitment: Approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases. This is a freelance, project-based arrangement.
