We are representing a confidential client in the retail media space who is experiencing rapid growth in their brand partnerships division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to join a high-performing team working with emerging consumer brands in the digital advertising ecosystem.

Our client operates at the intersection of e-commerce and retail media, connecting brands with millions of active online shoppers. As a Sales Associate on their Emerging Brands team, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of growth-stage companies, serving as their trusted advisor and helping them maximize their digital advertising investment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a book of business with emerging consumer brands, driving revenue through strategic upsells, renewals, and new advertising product adoption
• Develop and present data-driven business reviews that connect campaign performance to brand growth objectives
• Sell across a full suite of advertising solutions including sponsored products, display, video, and off-platform media
• Educate brand partners on e-commerce best practices and retail media channel strategies
• Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence including prospecting calls, follow-up emails, and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, product, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales, media buying, or CPG advertising, preferably in a quota-carrying sales role
• Strong ability to synthesize campaign data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making
• Consultative sales approach with proven success growing accounts through education and solution-selling
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and retail media ecosystem; experience at a retailer, DSP, or CPG brand is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-activity sales environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel/Sheets; experience with ad platforms and AI tools is a bonus
• Genuine curiosity about retail media trends and how brands succeed in digital commerce
• Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively across multiple accounts

Pay

This is a remote position based in the United States. Compensation includes base salary plus sales incentive plan with variable pay based on individual performance. The on-target earnings (OTE) structure rewards successful quota attainment.
