AI tester with German language

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking German-speaking testers for a critical safety evaluation project. In this role, you will:

• Generate diverse prompts and requests to test an AI agent currently in development
• Evaluate AI responses for harmful, offensive, dangerous, or toxic content
• Classify and document agent behavior across various categories (comprehensive training provided)
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate regularly with project supervisors and provide feedback on testing methodology

What We're Looking For

Our client needs detail-oriented testers who can work independently in a remote environment. Essential qualifications include:

• Fluent German language skills (native or C2 level)
• Intermediate English for training sessions and team communication
• Basic technical comfort with online platforms and documentation tools
• Strong time-management abilities and self-discipline for remote work
• High level of responsibility and consistent follow-through
• Quick learner who can absorb training material and apply it effectively
