About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential financial wellness organization seeking an experienced Financial Coach to serve clients in Japan. This is a flexible, freelance role that allows you to work remotely and set your own hours—ideal for supplementing your current position or private practice. Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic financial coaching in areas such as cash flow management and budgeting through text and video consultations
- Assess individual client financial situations and design customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals
- Guide clients in making informed, secure financial decisions that align with both short-term needs and long-term aspirations
- Help clients effectively manage resources to meet daily obligations and larger objectives, such as retirement savings or home purchases
- Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to provide relevant, timely coaching
- Monitor client progress and adjust financial plans as needed to accommodate life changes or shifts in financial goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finance Coach or similar role with a demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering well-grounded, data-based coaching
- Proficiency in English and Japanese with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse clients
- Proficiency with database systems and strong computer skills
