Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers for fully remote positions. This opportunity allows you to maintain a private practice model without the administrative burden or overhead costs typically associated with independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote mental health counseling and therapy services to adult clients
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions from your home office
• Maintain clinical documentation for all client interactions
• Set and manage your own flexible schedule based on client availability
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Fully independent clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist/PsyD (no supervision required)
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
• Current professional liability insurance coverage
• U.S. residency required
• Private, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong written communication skills for client documentation and correspondence
• Passion for helping adults navigate mental health challenges

Note: This position is not available for interns, supervisees, substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, or business coaches without an additional mental health counseling license.
