Senior Product Marketing Manager – US (m/f/d)

This is a rare opportunity to own product marketing for an entire region from the ground up.

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the US market strategy for AI-powered workflow solutions in the senior care sector. You'll translate proven European success into compelling narratives for American buyers, working closely with sales and product teams to drive pipeline growth and establish market credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the US market including positioning, narrative development, product launches, campaigns, and demand generation assets
• Build marketing function from scratch: messaging frameworks, content library, sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, one-pagers), and media relations
• Develop trust-building assets for skeptical US healthcare buyers including case studies, clinical evidence, reference programs, and proof points that establish credibility over time
• Translate European value propositions into US healthcare language, reframing quality and transparency into reimbursement capture, compliance risk reduction, and staffing relief
• Serve as internal voice of the US market by running customer and pilot feedback loops back to product and leadership teams
• Measure and optimize marketing plays based on pipeline impact and ROI, focusing on what moves the business forward
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to understand how deals are won and lost in the US senior care market

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with ability to make technical capabilities simply explainable
• Strong commercial instinct: you think in terms of pipeline and ROI, not just engagement metrics
• Deep understanding of US healthcare markets, ideally with experience in regulated industries
• Proven track record building marketing functions from near-zero in first-in-market or 0→1 environments
• AI-native work approach: you already leverage AI tools to run parts of your workflow efficiently
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales organizations
• Native-level command of US English with ability to write crisp, credible copy for clinical decision-makers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin with openness to occasional US travel
