Founders Associate – CEO Office (m/f/d) – AI health-tech

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization in Berlin that is building solutions to address critical challenges in healthcare delivery. Our client is experiencing rapid growth following significant Series A funding and is establishing a strategic CEO Office function. We're seeking the first Founders Associate to join this newly formed team.

This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff and offers exceptional exposure across all levels of the organization. You'll tackle high-impact work that spans strategic analysis, operational buildout, and cross-functional process design—the essential work that moves fast-growing companies forward but doesn't belong to any single department.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational groundwork for new market expansion, including research, vendor setup, partner coordination, and local operations until fully functional
• Design and implement company-wide processes from scratch, such as cross-functional project scoping, prioritization frameworks, and tracking systems
• Conduct sharp analytical work to inform key management decisions on company direction
• Drive strategic initiatives to completion across varying levels of visibility and complexity
• Identify and solve problems that matter to the organization but currently have no clear owner
• Work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and management team on topics spanning the full business

• Ability to quickly produce clarity on unfamiliar topics within days
• Self-directed work ethic with high internal standards that don't require external validation
• Intellectual honesty—asking sharp questions early rather than defending assumptions late
• Energized by fast pace rather than drained by it
• Direct communication style and comfort with candid feedback in both directions
• Background in consulting, venture capital, startups, or entrepreneurial ventures preferred but not required
• Location: Berlin-based or willing to relocate
