Working Student – Recruiting (Volume Hiring)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology organization in Berlin that is scaling rapidly. Our client needs a working student to support high-volume recruiting operations, primarily focused on customer-facing teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while contributing to meaningful work in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end volume hiring processes from job posting through offer stage
• Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling for high-volume pipelines including onboarding managers, trainers, and care specialists
• Help develop and maintain university partnerships with career centers and student organizations
• Represent the organization at campus events and information sessions to build talent pipelines
• Work closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student, ideally in a relevant field
• Previous exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work
• Bias toward action—comfortable moving forward before all details are finalized and iterating as you go
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Fluent German (C1 level) required
• Based in or able to work from Berlin
